The H&I Inch
The Inch Collection celebrates the rich history of our co-founder Robert Kirk Inches who, in addition to creating Hamilton & Inches with his uncle James Hamilton, played a prominent role in Edinburgh's philanthropic and business communities. In 1912, he was elected Lord Provost of Edinburgh, a post he held for the duration of World War 1 and was knighted by George V in 1915. The collection is designed to be personalised by our expert hand-engravers.
