Delivery Timescales
Orders are typically delivered within 2 - 5 working days of being placed. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is dispatched and your estimated delivery date will usually be the day following this.
All of our UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery™ services and will normally be received by you the day following the day of dispatch. If you would like more information on your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team.
While we shall use all reasonable commercial endeavours to deliver on the estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot deliver the Items to you on the estimated delivery date, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of this and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
If you have requested an engraving service, please note that this will add a minimum of two weeks to standard delivery timeframes.
Please note that some areas of the UK, mainly in the Highlands and Islands, are not offered a next day service by Royal Mail. In such circumstances, delivery shall be on the earliest possible day thereafter. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. Further UK Delivery Information
If you are not at home or no one is available at your address to take delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a contact card so you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time or date. When you become responsible for and own the Items.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Items to the address you gave us and the Items will be your responsibility from that time.
You own the Items once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
If we miss the 30 day delivery deadline for any Items then you may cancel your Order straight away if any of the following apply: we have refused to deliver the Items; delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or you told us before we accepted your Order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away, or do not have the right to do so, you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
If you do choose to cancel your Order for late delivery, you can do so for just some of the Items or all of them, unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value. If the Items have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Items and their delivery.
Click and Collect
If you would prefer to collect your order from our showroom, please use the click and collect option at the checkout. When collecting your order, you must bring the following:
Any Standard Order:
- One form of photographic identification such as a drivers licence or passport.
Any Interest Free Credit Order:
- Two forms of photographic identification such as a drivers licence or passport.
- The credit or debit card used for the order.
- Proof of the cardholder’s address.
We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email. Our click and collect orders are generally available for collection within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, the order can only be collected by the individual who placed the order.
Worldwide Delivery
The Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you and set out in the Order. Please ensure that the address you supply to us is accurate and please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the Items and your address.
Where we Deliver To
We deliver to the countries listed at the bottom of this page. However there are restrictions on some Items for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information detailed next to each carefully before ordering Items.
When we will Provide the Items
Deliveries to International Delivery Destinations will usually be made by FedEx (where the Items are above 2 kilograms in weight) or by Royal Mail Air Sure (where the Items are below 2 kilograms in weight). You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your Order is dispatched and your estimated delivery date is listed below.

In the unlikely event, that your parcel has arrived in your country and not yet with yourself then please check with your local customs office.

Please note that orders received after 20 December are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas. In such circumstances, please telephone +44 (0)131 225 4898, as we may be able to arrange an alternative.
Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 13 for our responsibilities when this happens.
Worldwide Delivery Costs
Deliveries shall be made by the most cost-effective and secure method available. We charge a standard delivery fee of £40.
Please note that if you order Items from our website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your Order.
Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Items are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
