Interest Free Credit

To make purchasing as easy as possible, we’re delighted to be able to offer Interest Free Credit (IFC). IFC is a loan that can be applied to an item purchased in our showroom or online. The loan is completely interest free which means you will not pay any more than the price of the item.

For your ease and convenience, pay on interest free credit is available on selected products over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months (subject to status). IFC is the perfect way to spread the cost of your special purchase over manageable monthly amounts and with a 10% deposit. Applying for IFC is a very simple and quick process, however if you ever need any assistance please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Who is eligible for IFC?

To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Please note - stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, V12. If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc, who is V12’s parent company.

Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).

How long will it take to apply?

The process to apply for IFC with V12 is quick and simple. In order to make sure we process your order as quickly as possible, you will most likely get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, V12 may need more time to consider the application or request additional information. This is a security feature to protect your identity against any potential fraudulent transactions.

Which products are eligible for finance?

Finance is available on orders goods between the price of £560 and £15,000, placed on our website or purchased in our showroom. Please note restrictions apply and certain brands and items are not eligible for IFC. 

What do I need to apply?

Applying is very straight forward and quick. Once you are ready to make your purchase, select IFC as your method of payment at the checkout. You will then be presented with an online form and you simply need to fill in the questions and add an electronic signature. It's important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is entered correctly.

Applications may not be accepted for a variety of reasons, including incorrect or misspelt information, or not meeting the stated requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

Hamilton & Inches is a registered company in Scotland SC041917. Our registered office is 16 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4DF acts as a credit broker, allowing you to take advantage of Interest Free Credit, from Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance Ltd. The Consumer credit service is provided by Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance and Hamilton & Inches is authorised and regulated by Financial Conduct Authority. Click and Collect Orders 

If you would prefer to collect your order from our showroom, please use the click and collect option at the checkout. When collecting your order, you must bring the following:

• Two forms of photographic identification such as a drivers licence or passport.
• The credit or debit card used for the IFC deposit. 
• Proof of the cardholder’s address.

The photo ID must match the name on the order and the card number must match the card used to pay for the deposit.

We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email. Our click and collect orders are generally available for collection within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, the order can only be collected by the individual who placed the order.
