A Rare Opportunity
The Calcutta Cup is one of the most distinctively beautiful trophies in the world; the opportunity to see it in person incredible rare. It boasts three cobra snake handles and a small silver elephant mounted to the lid. A silver plate reads, "The Calcutta Cup presented to the rugby football union by the Calcutta Football Club as an international challenge trophy to be played for annually by England and Scotland 1878".
Initially held in Longman and Strongitharm when England won the trophy, we proudly stored it when it went "o'er the border". Today, when in Scotland, it is kept securely at Murrayfield.
We take immense pleasure in engraving a trophy that is world-famous and appreciate the rare honour of displaying such a magnificent symbol of sportsmanship.
