8-Week Jewellery & Silversmithing Internship
The Hamilton & Inches Craft Academy offers students in their third year studying a relevant silversmithing or jewellery degree in Scotland the opportunity to get hands on experience with a company established over 157 years ago. Over the decades, we have crafted trophies, including the Doddie Weir Cup, the Scottish Open Trophy, pieces for Royalty, Government and more. Be part of our next chapter and enjoy hands on experience with our silversmiths, goldsmiths, hand-engravers, polishers and wider team.

Current Opportunities
We offer two internship programmes each year, beginning in January and July. Open to third-year students pursuing a relevant degree at a Scottish university, these internships provide hands-on experience within a jeweller and silversmithing business with over 156 years of heritage.
As an intern, you’ll gain direct insight and practical knowledge from our expert team, including silversmiths, goldsmiths, hand-engravers, polishers, and more. Discover what opportunities are currently available and take your first step into the world of fine craftsmanship.
