Our Sales Team
At the heart of our 155-year old business is our showroom and the expert team on hand to help our valued customers. Each member brings their own unique experience and personality to their role, ensuring the highest of service at all times. Find out more about our dedicated team below.
Crystal Croll
Crystal joined Hamilton & Inches in 2019 as part of the showroom management team. From a young age, she has had a fascination with fashion, in particular jewellery. Her natural excellence for customer service saw her promoted to showroom manager in 2021.
Her enthusiasm, infectious personality and good humour are ever present in the business and help ensure customers find a perfect piece to celebrate special moments.
Sarah Donaldson
Although Sarah only planned to join the Hamilton & Inches showroom team for eight weeks, she is now in the eighth year, providing a sales experience that is like no other. Her exceptional customer service and intricate knowledge of fine jewellery, silverware and watches may be expected, but it is her passion and gracious attitude that sets her apart.
Sarah feels incredibly honoured to work in an institution like Hamilton & Inches. Sharing in a customer's journey to find a piece they love, at often an incredibly important time in their life, brings her great satisfaction.
Ninian Dunlop
Ninian joined our sales team in 1990. With a thirty year career at Hamilton & Inches, his stories, service and character are highly appreciated by his valued customers. Ninian's education include a Decorative Arts course at the V & A and a one-year diploma in Decorative Arts at Christie’s Scotland and the University of Glasgow. He has a particular love for hand-crafted silver and all its beautiful complexities.
