It hardly seems like anytime at all since I shared my best wishes with you all last Christmas. In that period, the lives of each of us has been altered dramatically, but despite such challenging times, I believe we have proven ourselves to be resilient, determined and more connected than ever.
By being forced to hit a reset button we have been reminded of the importance of family, time with friends and the heroic keyworkers that have been working selflessly to save lives.
Over the decades Hamilton & Inches has weathered many serious global events. The challenges of this pandemic have been of similar significance, but they have also presented us with some positive opportunities. We recognise that it is not just good enough for our business to survive and flourish, we need to ensure and contribute to the good health of our local community.

Local shops and suppliers. Local eateries and cafes. The places we enjoy. COVID-19 has fast-tracked an alarming change to so many sectors we hold dear. Now, more than ever, it is important to support where you can, despite how small you may think that support may be.
Support each other
This year has given us the perfect opportunity to put a “be kind” mantra into action. From checking on vulnerable neighbours to offering gifts with meaning. Your small gesture of kindness may be more appreciated than you will ever know.
Whilst challenging and disruptive, this year has shown me the very best of our business. I am immensely proud of how our team have adapted, each making personal sacrifices and embodying a desire to sustain first-class customer service.
